This plastic model assembly kit depicts a KV-1 tank, which was a 76.2mm-gun toting Soviet heavy tank powered by a liquid-cooled diesel. It had armor up to 100mm thick which confounded German forces after their invasion in Operation Barbarossa. The KV-1 fought alongside the famed T-34 medium tank in defense of the Soviet homeland as Soviet troops turned the tide of victory during WWII.
