One of the most famous tanks produced by Germany in WWII, the Tiger 1 was greatly feared by Allied tank crews and was the first tank to employ the deadly 8.8cm KwK 36 main gun to devastating effect. The Tiger 1 was produced between 1942 and 1944. Revell’s kit represents the early-production Tiger 1 Ausf. E and features a detailed turret, gun breach, many internal turret details, engine deck, running gear and vinyl tracks. This anniversary Gift Set version Tiger 1 also contains; Contacta Professional glue, paintbrush and selected Aqua acrylic paints.
